“All staff was excellent you feel at home. Food good, room are excellent having what you need”

“We left one morning at 6 am and returned at 11 pm. I saw hair on the floor. Not very clean. Staff were not very knowledgeable. I inquired about car service and I was told 4 hours/4 kms (not 40 kms) is INR 5000. I asked again about the 4 kms (I even said I could walk 4 kms). The staff stuck to their word and said it’s 4 kms. ”

“One staff at front desk was rude and unhelpful. I had 2 rooms booked for myself and my daughter's. She acted very suspicious, put us on separate floors and claimed she could not give us 2 keys per room. That is the first time ever i have been told something that ridiculous. I will not stay there again ”
